What is Track Better for?

Tracking Better is a system that gives step-wise training in performance tracking, allowing you to pick up problems early, reset and get further or deeper into your performance than ever before.

How does Tracking Better work?

It teaches you to track your body and thinking for warning signs that you’re going into Survival Mode because you feel under threat. We just need to master this in 4 systems and then set out a plan for better. The four systems are Stress management, Feeling management, Relating patterns and the Story we tell ourselves of the past, present and future! In each of these systems we Sort the problem, Reset your attitude and get back on track with Doing Better.
