Tools are available from Tracking Better Shop. They come as printed out sheets and accompanying sticker sheets for easy construction of a personal profile that aids in tracking.
For each tool there are three steps:

This draws on all the skills built in the previous worksheets to help an adult and child learn how to calm down more easily and efficiently.
